FAQ

Questions before you send it over

How quickly can you fix my WordPress site?

We reply within 2 hours between 9am and 6pm UK time, Monday to Saturday. Most emergency fixes are finished the same day. Hacked-site cleanups can take longer depending on how deep the infection goes, and we will tell you the expected timeframe before we start.

What happens if you cannot fix it?

No fix, no fee. If we cannot resolve the problem you described, you do not pay for the fix.

Why do prices say "from"?

Every problem is different, so the listed price is where each fix starts. Once you tell us what has gone wrong, we confirm a fixed price before we start. If we then find something bigger — several infected sites, or custom code that needs rewriting — we tell you the extra cost first and you decide. We never add charges without your agreement.

Do I need to get on a phone call?

No. Everything is handled by email: tell us your website address and what has gone wrong, and we take it from there. A call is available if you would prefer one.

What access do you need?

Usually a temporary WordPress admin account, and sometimes hosting or FTP access. We recommend creating a temporary admin for us and removing it, or changing passwords, once the fix is done.

Does it matter who my host is?

No. We work with all common UK and international hosts, including shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, and VPS servers.

Can you stop this happening again?

Yes. Most emergencies come from missed updates, weak passwords, or no backups. A monthly care plan from £49 covers updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring and security scans, so problems are caught early.
