The challenge
Connect businesses that need bid and proposal expertise with a global, on-demand workforce of specialists — instantly. That meant a genuine multi-sided platform: distinct experiences for professionals, employers and freelance associates; discovery by skill and location across the world; direct communication between parties; and the reliability to handle real money and real hiring decisions. No off-the-shelf product could do it.
What we built
A fully bespoke, custom-coded platform on ASP.NET and MSSQL. Three tailored user journeys, profile management with verification, Google Places-powered map search across a worldwide dataset, complex layered filtering kept fast at scale, job posting and applications, and in-platform messaging between the sides — all wrapped in an admin layer that runs the marketplace. Enterprise-grade, and owned entirely by the client.
